doo doo doo lookin' out my back door...
... and not liking the fact that, though the weather has been warmer, there is still 2 feet of snow on my deck.
Anyway...
Want something to read?
I highly recommend checking out the latest entries from Farscape Friday over in LJ land. They've had some great challenges these last few weeks, and you will not be disappointed.
Yep, read orchidcactus' "Like Chasing Random Patterns" and wanted to crawl into a little ball... it's hard to find time to sit down and read the great long stories...
And, admittedly, I pretty much stick to reading fic on Kansas and the LJ community -- if you want to read some awesome "DVD Commentaries" on some of your favorite stories, check out Thea's Undertones (NC-17, mind you) and Cofax's The Money-changer's Tale. I am sure there are more out there, but those are the only ones I've caught this week.
And over on Kansas, there've been quite a few posts by the regulars (aeryncrichton, kazbaby, scaperred et al) that I read voraciously anyway... nice to see Agent Rouka out on the boards now too. And this story, by sarahjane, hits all the buttons... sarahjane writes dark, and writes dark well. Except for a few minor typos and some confusing dialog exchanges, I can John so clearly in this story, set during Terra Firma. Given the circumstances, I can see this story happening, really I can.
I highly recommend you read the warning at the top. Forewarned is fore-armed. It's a good thing to do anyway.
