Well... that didn't come out quite right. But seriously, if you really want to know if your writing is going somewhere and what you can do to make it over that next problematic hurdle, whatever it is... don't ask Ally. Don't ask the BBQ. Don't ask your Average Joe^tm. Ask a pro.

Thanks to the journaler over at somedaybitch, for the link to intel on the upcoming LA Writer's Conference that is being held at the Manhattan Beach Marriott in Los Angeles, the weekend of March 19-21, 2004.

So, get some work together, presubmit; get looked at by a pro. Get some feedback, other than: 'oh gawd' *closes eyes* "Yeah, that's pretty good." *sheepish smile*.

Seriously. Unless you already know your stuff is gonna rock our socks off, do not ask Ally to "tell you what we think". 'Cause, someday Ally's gonna answer and some ego is gonna get bruised. We promise. Ally is Simon, with a muzzle. Don't ask for it to come off unless you can take a beating. Thanks.
